PVC: PVC is widely used in the construction of carpet underlays. PVC's durability, flexibility and abrasion resistance ensure long-term use of carpet underlays. In addition, PVC plays an important role in making carpet underlays “dotting”, that is, non-slip.

DOTP: DOTP is a plasticizer used to increase the flexibility of PVC. This ensures that the carpet underlay offers a comfortable surface and can be easily shaped.

Foaming/Blowing Agent (Azodicarbonamide):: Azodicarbonamide adds lightness and insulating properties to carpet underlays. This makes the products more comfortable and energy efficient.

Titanium Dioxide Titanium dioxide improves the color quality and opacity of carpet underlays. This contributes to aesthetic and design diversity.

Chlorine Paraffin: In addition to PVC, chlorine paraffin is used as a flame retardant and plasticizer. This increases the fire resistance of under carpet products and makes them safer.
